Bookings are final once paid.

These terms explain how PicklePark handles player accounts, wallet credits, court reservations, and venue-side cancellations.

Player accounts

Players are responsible for keeping account details accurate and for using only their own account credentials.

PicklePark may suspend access when an account is misused, used to disrupt operations, or violates facility rules.

Wallet credits

Wallet credits are used inside PicklePark for supported bookings, tournament entries, and other facility workflows.

Top-ups may require staff review before credits become available. Approved wallet activity is shown in the account view.

Court bookings

A court booking is confirmed when the app accepts the payment and shows the booking in the schedule.

Paid court bookings are final and non-refundable. Once booked, the slot is reserved for that player or team.

Players can reopen the booking receipt from My Bookings and may be asked to present it on arrival.

Staff cancellations

If PicklePark staff cancels a paid booking for venue-side reasons, wallet credits may be returned by staff.

Player-initiated cancellation or missed attendance does not create an automatic refund.

Open Play and tournaments

Open Play timing, player grouping, tournament divisions, and bracket operations may change based on live facility operations.

Tournament registration, acceptance, rejection, and refund handling follow the rules shown in the relevant tournament flow.
