Register and sign in
Player accounts keep bookings, credits, Open Play level, tournament applications, and receipts connected.
- 1Open the player portal from the Sign in button.
- 2Switch to Register and enter your email, password, name, and Open Play level.
- 3Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email.
- 4After confirming, sign in and complete any missing profile details.
Top up wallet credits
Credits are reviewed by staff before they become available for booking, Open Play, or tournament fees.
- 1Go to Top-Ups inside the player portal.
- 2Send payment to the active wallet account shown on the page.
- 3Upload a clear screenshot of the completed payment.
- 4Submit the request and wait for staff approval.
- 5Approved credits appear in your wallet balance and credit ledger.
Book a court
Court booking uses live court schedules, time-based rates, and wallet credits.
- 1Open Booking and choose the date you want to play.
- 2Pick an available court, start time, and duration.
- 3Review the rate and confirm you accept the final-booking policy.
- 4Pay using wallet credits and wait for the booking confirmation.
- 5Save or reopen the booking receipt from My Bookings when staff needs verification.
Join Open Play
Open Play depends on live facility sessions, skill-level pools, queue status, and court assignments.
- 1Open Open Play in the player portal.
- 2Review the active session, fee, level pools, and any venue code requirement.
- 3Join the queue with the correct level when the session is open.
- 4Follow the live assignment when your group is placed on court.
- 5Complete scoring or staff instructions after the game so rotation can continue.
Apply for tournaments
Tournament pages show event status, divisions, application review, announcements, and brackets.
- 1Open Tournaments and choose an event.
- 2Select the division that fits your entry.
- 3Complete the application form and partner details when required.
- 4Pay the entry fee from wallet credits if the event requires a fee.
- 5Track approval, announcements, and published brackets from the tournament page.
Manage profile, receipts, and records
Your profile centralizes player details, wallet balance, scorecards, and share-ready player information.
- 1Open Profile to update player details and profile photo.
- 2Use Top-Ups to review wallet requests and credit ledger activity.
- 3Use Booking to review upcoming and past court reservations.
- 4Use Tournaments to monitor applications and brackets.

Account and registration
Where do I create an account?
Use the Sign in button, then switch to Register on the same page. PicklePark uses one portal for login and registration.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
Email confirmation protects your account and lets the system connect bookings, wallet credits, tournament applications, and receipts to the correct player.
Can I change my player details later?
Yes. After signing in, open Profile to update your player details and photo.
Wallet credits and top-ups
Why are my credits not showing immediately?
Top-ups need staff review. Credits appear after staff approves the uploaded payment proof.
What proof should I upload?
Upload a clear screenshot of the completed payment showing the amount and successful transfer.
What are credits used for?
Credits are used for supported court bookings, Open Play fees, and tournament entry fees inside the portal.
Court bookings
When is a court booking confirmed?
A booking is confirmed when the portal accepts wallet payment and shows the booking in your schedule.
Are paid court bookings refundable?
Paid court bookings are final and non-refundable unless PicklePark staff handles a venue-side cancellation.
Where can I find my booking receipt?
Open Booking, then My Bookings. You can reopen the receipt there for arrival verification.
Open Play and tournaments
Can I join Open Play anytime?
Open Play depends on active sessions and live facility operations. Check the Open Play page after signing in.
How are Open Play groups made?
The system uses session settings, level pools, queue status, and staff operations to place players into games.
How do tournament applications work?
Apply to an open event division, pay any required fee from credits, then track review status and bracket updates in the tournament page.

Who do I contact for payment or booking concerns?
Use the Contact page or email PicklePark directly. Include your account email and any booking, top-up, or tournament reference if available.
Where do I get directions?
